Games in progress, and stats such as your win rate and best time, are stored in this browser on this device. This game data is never sent to a server.
To improve the service and find faults, usage records are sent to the server. They contain the start and completion of an action, a temporary session number, the type and time of the action, an identifier for the page in use, and the type, code and location of any error.
Usage records never contain what you typed, what you copied, search terms, cookies, error messages or stack traces. The collection system does not store or log your raw IP address: it converts it into a hash that changes daily and uses that to limit how often records are sent.
Feedback text and ratings are sent only when you press Send in the form.
Whatever you write in the free-text box of the feedback form is sent as you wrote it, so do not put personal data, passwords, access keys or payment details in it.
The hosting that serves this site (Cloudflare Pages) also produces ordinary access logs (IP address, time, user agent) as part of running it. Those are separate from the usage records described above.
